Return Window & Return Process

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@montford-mode.com. All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us first
    Please email support@montford-mode.com with your order details and the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior authorisation unfortunately cannot be accepted.
  2. Follow the return instructions
    Once your request has been approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to return your item properly.
  3. Pack your item securely
    Ensure the item is well protected to avoid damage during transit. Our customer service team will gladly assist you if needed.
  4. Return shipping costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:
After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges:
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at support@montford-mode.com with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Cancellations & Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@montford-mode.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order status.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please take a clear photo of the issue and email it to support@montford-mode.com. We’ll ensure the problem is resolved promptly by sending you the correct or a replacement item.
